 Paul Adom‑Otchere, 2 others detained over GACL contract probe as he fails to meet bail terms



Paul Adom Otchere has been arrested detained by Ops over embezzlement of government funds during his time as GACL board chairman.


He was subsequently detained due to  his  inability to meet up with his bail condition.


He is required to present two land properties.( Of no specific value) Registered in his name 

However he has Informed osp that he does not own landed property in Ghana.


As a result of that he was remained in the custody until the bail terms are satisfied
